Radgrid not updating

Since I don't believe that ASPX pages are an appropriate place to be sprinkling SQL around, I put together this brief example of how to use a Form Template for editing, but keep the data-tweaking in code-behind where it belongs. In the Rad Grid tag, declare a handler for the On Update Command event. Declare an Edit Form Settings section and make sure you set its Edit Form Type to "Template" or you will get the baked in auto-form.

Inside of the Form Template tag, put whatever you need in terms of a editing form.

The solutions for me was, to dynamicaly create a new context in each loop iteration If you are trying to create mapping in your edmx file to a "function Imports", this can result this error.

If you use timestamps, tje object you want to delete needs the PK set and the Row Version Property in order to update it successfully!

You make silly mistakes when you need things faster!

I was setting the row Version (timestamp) property, after I have attached the object to the respective Db Set, that's why it didn't work.

I ran into this and it was caused by the entity's ID (key) field not being set.

Text) ds Record = get Record By Type("", str Search Param Grp Desc) ajax Grid Param Grp. Selected Item Is Nothing Then str Param Grp = Param Group. Value If str Param Grp = "ALL" Then ds Record = get Record By Type("ALL", "") ajax Grid Param Grp.

Text = "Parameter Group " & str Param Group & " With Description :" & str Param Group Desc & " Successfullly Added." Catch ex As Exception e. Text) "" Then str Search Param Grp Desc = Trim(txt Param Grp Desc.
